This was my first time dealing with Cornerstone, but will not be my last. From the office / scheduling staff to the workers, everyone was very friendly. Not only did they schedule me for an estimate quickly, they gave the estimate the same day AND got me on the schedule for a tub install the very next day. Triston was outstanding to interact and work with. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, providing information on what needed to happen when it would happen and why it was needed. He did not try to upsell anything, but provided information so I could make an informed decision. Also appreciate Andrew for asking before drilling a while in the tub as the tub filler originally purchased probably wouldn’t work. They worked quickly and cleaned the area after they were done. Overall a five-star service and I will most certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

Cornerstone Plumbing and Drain was excellent to work with. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the first call. They responded quickly and had my issue resolved the same day I contacted them. Even though they needed to leave and pick up a part, they stayed on top of it and got everything taken care of without delay. I really appreciated their responsiveness and the quality of their work. I would absolutely use them again.

Triston and his crew were phenomenal! They were both ver polite and professional. Triston explained everything very thoroughly and answered all questions I asked. I am very pleased with the work they completed, the time it took to perform the job, and the level of customer service displayed.
