Worst bank I've used. They will charge you every chance they get then sue you when you don't pay their outrageous and immoral overdraft fees. Height of the pandemic they are suing people... $38 per overdraft fee even when you're not at fault. This B literally told me after my card was billed by mistake that its their money now and she told me to have a blessed day after she just robbed me

Gets worse every year. Drive thru NEVER opens on time. Today I not only waited 10 minutes for it to open but it took another 10 for one of the 2 ladies to handle my transaction and there was only one other person in the other lane. I've tried to avoid drive thru and do night deposit box but it got to where my deposits weren't posting until 10am and when I called I get told, everytime, they had a meeting this morning. To make it worse, they close earlier than other banks and no location is open on Saturdays. But its ok....the one across the road does. I know where my income tax will be opening up a new account;.

Been using this bank for 6 years... They are always friendly & always know our family when we come in. They are prompt, courteous, & trustworthy, and my whole family uses them now
