This was my first time dealing with Cornerstone, but will not be my last. From the office / scheduling staff to the workers, everyone was very friendly. Not only did they schedule me for an estimate quickly, they gave the estimate the same day AND got me on the schedule for a tub install the very next day. Triston was outstanding to interact and work with. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, providing information on what needed to happen when it would happen and why it was needed. He did not try to upsell anything, but provided information so I could make an informed decision. Also appreciate Andrew for asking before drilling a while in the tub as the tub filler originally purchased probably wouldn’t work. They worked quickly and cleaned the area after they were done. Overall a five-star service and I will most certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

Cornerstone Plumbing and Drain provided excellent service for my recent bath remodel project. They were very efficient and professional. I was also impressed by the great care they took to clean up while working and avoid causing any damage in other areas. I will definitely call Cornerstone Plumbing and Drain for my next job. Very polite and professional! I highly recommend them and appreciate all of their help and advice given. Triston was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining every little detail. Good experience working with him. He made us feel like he actually cared about us and our concerns with the issues we were having. Thanks! That means a lot. 😉

Cornerstone Plumbing and Drain was excellent to work with. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the first call. They responded quickly and had my issue resolved the same day I contacted them. Even though they needed to leave and pick up a part, they stayed on top of it and got everything taken care of without delay. I really appreciated their responsiveness and the quality of their work. I would absolutely use them again.

We had a very positive experience. The technician arrived promptly, was courteous, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to address the issue and restore our water quickly. We are very grateful for the service and would not hesitate to use this company again.
