By submitting this application, I acknowledge that any complaints received about my business may be reviewed and investigated internally by Magnolia Standard. I understand that any investigation will include the opportunity for all parties involved to be heard and to present their side of the issue. I further understand that if a pattern of unethical, unprofessional, or otherwise unworthy business practices is identified, Magnolia Standard reserves the right to remove my business from the directory at any time. I also acknowledge that removal for cause does not qualify for a refund.
